Kelly Sebusi

Principal director of Ke-lesedi Management and Communication Services (Pty) ltd (Ke-Lesedi), whose main business is Events Management and the provision of management and Communication services to both Public and Private business enterprises with special focus on the development of Small Business Enterprises. Through the years Kelly has gained experience in the Communications field and has been actively involved in women issues at Provincial, National as well as global level.

K.V. Sebusi is holding a B.Soc Science Degree, majored in Psychology - Reseach Methodoloy and Sociology; Masters Degree in Governanance and Political Transformation with UOFS: Her thesis titled as follows: How Politics influence the IDP in the Sol Plaatje Municipality.

Some of the Training courses and competencies include amongst others, Public speaking; Negotiation Skills; Group Facilitation; Team Building and Conflict Management and Resolution; Planning Methodology; Etiquette and Protocol; Meeting Procedures; Window ’95, Project Management; Media Relations; Public Relations and training of Mainstreaming Gender in the Public Services.

Her Experience ranges from the Successful compilation of the Free State Profile for Research on Crime Prevention on behalf of Women Development Foundation (WDF). She was also a Member of the Support Committee of WDF in the Free State, and was fully responsible for its liaison function.

Molutsi has had an uninterrupted exposure to accounting since 1981. He was an Officer: Investments, Acting Senior Accountant: Cash Book and Senior Accountant: Ledgers (NWDC). Consulted for Record Storage and Management and inter alia, performed accounting, RSC levies, VAT, payroll taxes. Individual Income Returns, Preparation of financial statements and follow-up on items raised by audit. Member of a team that assisted with the compilation of an asset register for State Information Technology Agency (SITA).

Thami Sebusi is holding an MSc (economics) and majored in Accounting and Financial Control, B.Ed (Honours in Education) and a Diploma in Pedagogics. He has successfully completed the following training courses with different institutions: Financial Management, Micro MBA Trainer’s course, Fraud Prevention, Internal Control and Risk Management, Preparation of Annual Financial Statements, Exhibition Training and Tourism Awareness Trainer’s Course; SA Host Customer Care Trainer’s Course and accreditation, assessor, moderator, mentor, policy development, know your Country, know your City module for the Confederations Cup etc.

Thami has both theoretical and practical experience in the field of finance and financial management and can as well be regarded as an authority in that field. His work experience ranges from being a teacher of Accounting and Mathematics, to a Lecturer of Economics and Accounting Didactics as well as Education at a university level.

A consultant in the field of Economics, Accredited Network Facilitator for the Department of Trade and Industry; and a Facilitator of different intervention programmes at tertiary institutions. Worked in various government departments and other constitutional entities as procurement specialist and head, fulfilled the role of a Chief Financial Officer and has successfully implemented the PFMA throughout the years.

Participated in various and successfully represented the Northern Cape and South Africa in exhibitions like the World Trade Market (WTM) in London, ITB in Berlin, TTW Montreux in Switzerland; TUR in Sweden, Gutenberg. GETAWAY, INDABA, One of a kind, Cape Outdoor Show and is currently consulting on Exhibitions; Customer Care and Tourism Awareness. The Return on Investment (ROI) generated through his participation has been enormous, and has strengthened South Africa as well as the Northern Cape’s relations with other Countries as well as Companies abroad. Thami Sebusi is the Co-founder and CEO of Ke-Lesedi Management and Communication Services (Pty) Ltd, with its core function being Capacity Development and Training in the Tourism Industry, Provision of Accommodation, shuttles services, Tours and Conferencing. This Company gave creation to Heerengracht Guest House, the 2007 ETEYA winners in the Northern Cape; the 2008 Service provider of the year award winner in the Northern Cape. Founder and only member of Heerengracht Hotel, and Diamond City Shuttle and Tours.
